ECHOS MATIERES / ECHOES MATTERS My first solo exhibition is coming soon!

Échos Matières is an interactive, electromechanical, and digital sound installation designed for a monumental space such as the New Space, where reverberation and echoes become essential elements of the composition.

The work unfolds a generative soundscape where electroacoustic instruments, plants, vibrating objects, and digital devices interact with the audience. Sounds propagate, transform, and recompose themselves in space according to the gestures, movements, and presence of visitors.

Designed as a sound playground, the installation invites visitors to explore and activate the space through an immersive experience combining raw materials, recycled elements, and contemporary technologies (electronics, lasers, 3D printing).

A work by Xavier Gazon, sound artist and creator of electronic instruments, at the crossroads of sound art, sculpture, and interactive installation.

This exhibition is part of the City of Liège’s Digital Art call for projects.
